(sto seguendo pittsburg contro new york) ma è normale che 2 giocatori si picchiano di santa ragione (pugni, strattoni, morsi, via i caschi... ecc..) e gli arbitri stiano lì a guardare?? arrivano a dividere i due contendenti solo dopo 30secondi, 1 minuto... non so, stanno lì a guardali... Speravo che si facesse le persone serie ai playoff, e forse il desiderio è stato esaudito. Abbiamo rischiato nel primo inning con le basi piene, ma ci hanno salvato tre strike a dir poco "dubbi", e poi è partito tutto da Kemp..... Bravi ragazzi, Carpenter è andato, manca Wainwright. Vittoria meritatissima dei Cards, e si va a S.Louis sull'1-1 direte voi. No, vincono i Dodgers. Il merito è tutto del coaching staff dei Cardinals, che riesce a perdere una partita che sembrava vinta... Colpa di Ethier? Ramirez? Loney? Kemp? Macchè, la vincono Belliard, Pierre, Martin e per finire nonno Loretta. Disastro del coaching staff dei Cards come dicevo, Wainwright aveva resistito alla grandissima 8 inning... Vincere con 5 hits è dura, ma Holliday doveva prendere quella palla, ci è andato incontro più che goffamente ed ecco il risultato... Per quanto riguarda Kershaw, pensavo fosse surclassato da Wainwright (il quale ha giocato una partita immaginifica), invece tutto sommato si è difeso dai.... Fanno tutto per benino, Blackburn tira fuori la partita della vita o quasi, ma poì devi pur sempre fare i conti con l'oste, e quando questo si chiama Alex Rodriguez c'è poco, davvero poco da fare: HR da 2 punti al 9°, partita ai supplementari, e la decide Teixeira con un HR. The tax is paid to the league, which then puts the money into its industry-growth fund.[9] As of the 2009 season[update], only the Boston Red Sox, the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, the Detroit Tigers, and the New York Yankees have paid any luxury tax, and as the Yankees superstar players earn yearly salaries close to (if not greater than) the entire payroll of some other clubs, the Yankees have been the subject of six of the eleven occasions the tax has been implemented. Measuring the success of the luxury tax in bringing the benefits of parity has brought mixed results.
