But their honeymoon was crushed by a sexual accusation coming from a woman that sustains that Jaric assaulted her. She claims the incident occurred in February when Jaric’s team, the Memphis Grizzlies, were in her town, Philadelphia, to play the 76ers. Marko’s lawyer says that he talked with the Philadelphia District Attorneys office and that after some investigation, no charges will be filed against his client, Marko Jaric. This case is not unusually for a person with Marko’s position who are very often the target of sexual assault.
